Look, it's Argyle!

I don't know if it is the preppy in me or what, but I love argyle. So, I'm knitting an argyle vest for Little Man. I'm so excited at how it is turning out. I love to see the pattern appear before my eyes as I knit. I was worried it would be difficult to knit with 2 colors on the same row, but it hasn't been too bad. I just have to make sure I don't get too tangled up with the 2 balls of yarn.

Isn't he just adorable?!? He's such a wonderful, easy-going baby. For those of you who know what Sissy was like as a baby understand what a relief it is to me that he is so calm and willing to be held by anyone.

Hallelujah! It's one of those rare times when they're not fighting. I guess they're willing to be peaceful if it means that they get a pic taken.

Except for Brad, we are all in various stages of a cold here at the Fringie home... Colds are annoying anyway, but I really don't like colds when it's 100 degrees outside. It makes dealing with croupiness (is that a word? wow, I looked it up at dictionary.com and it is. Surprise.) an incredible pain in the behind. By the way, I don't understand how Brad has managed to miss it. We all take vitamins except for him. Oh... perhaps it's how the girls can't ever drink from their own glass and Sissy always insists on eating whatever I'm eating, from my plate, as though she doesn't have the same thing on her plate...

I'm so impressed with your knitting prowess! By the way, all of us have colds as well (except my husband -- just like you guys). Maybe we caught it from you? Do germs travel that far? ;) Good luck! Colds are no fun!

Yes, Little Man is VERY adorable! Hope you guys start feeling better soon. You'll have to post a picture of the vest when it all done.
