Moving It Monday

A quick update for you because I'm short on time (surprise!).

This past week I didn't exercise like I would have liked.  I didn't do too bad, but I developed a tendonitis-like symptom in my shoulder.  It felt like tendonitis, but it wasn't a consistent pain.  My shoulder would periodically seize up and the pain was excruciating so after Wednesday I only did running workouts.

I must have done my eating and running right though because I lost 1.7 pounds (137#).  Yay!

At the Final Assessment I was able to knock a minute off my mile run.

I'm looking forward to seeing how I can improve in this next session coming up in October.  I love getting stronger!

Plus, these ladies are fun to spend time with!
